YMTC began as a volunteer organization in 2004, and volunteers continue to play a central role in the company.
Our large, rich and diverse volunteer community ranges from parents with a desire to be involved with something their kid(s) are passionate about to community artists who are thrilled about the work that we are doing and want to be a part of it.
Our volunteers work in many areas, including production, set-building, box office, concessions, front of house operations and more.
